David B. Mac Dougall has been licensed in South Carolina as a Private Investigator since 1979.

He is a graduate of the South Carolina Justice Academy and holds a degree in Criminal Justice. He conducts all investigations personally.

Mr. Mac Dougall is a founding member of the South Carolina Association of Legal Investigators (SCALI). He is a frequent presenter at Private Investigator training seminars and the originator of “Basic Training for PI’s” an annual seminar designed for new Private Investigators.
